I'm really excited about Barbara's new art glitters. I use so many of her colors to mix my acrylic nails and glitter toe mixes. One of my favorite glitter toe mixes is to use Light Elegance Cotton Candy gel underlay. For the top glitter mix Barbara's Polar Bear, Fossil, and a hint of silver. Finish with gel top coat and watch how your toes look like diamonds outside!
